Monitor Hazards - OH&S
Computers have equaled the telephone is becoming the most indispensable piece of office equipment. Because computer use is such a high visually demanding task, vision problems and symptoms have become very common in today’s workplace.
If you experience any of the following symptoms:
Eyestrain
Headaches
Blurred vision
Dry and Irritated Eyes
Neck and/or Back Ache
Light Sensitivity
Double Vision
Take a ten-minute break every hour to minimize the development of eye focusing problems and eye irritation caused by improper blinking.
Consider shorter, more frequent breaks.
20/20/20 rule: Every 20 minutes, take 20 seconds and look 20 feet away.

Too much - looking @ a monitor (??)
